Laughter Yoga harnesses the power of laughter to bring immense physical and mental health benefits, including reduced stress, improved mood, enhanced creativity, and a boosted immune system. I trained as a Laughter Yoga professional 8 years ago and have since become a prominent figure in the field. My Laughter Yoga class was featured on STV, and in 2023, I hosted the first Scottish Laughing Championship. This year, I represented Scotland at the World Laughing Championship. My team and I deliver fun Laughter Yoga sessions at the Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival annually.

As the leading Laughter Yoga expert in workplace wellness in the north of Scotland, I deliver sessions for businesses, charities, community groups, festivals, and parties, tailoring each session to meet specific needs. My in-person and online workshops are highly sought after, and I collaborate with local wellbeing practitioners to host retreats in the Highlands, combining Laughter Yoga with other healing practices.

I also specialise in grief and bereavement, offering one-to-one and small group sessions for those who feel they have forgotten how to laugh or feel guilty for finding joy again.
